Kimmy
Kimmy joined the East Orlando team in June 2024, bringing her lifelong passion for animals to the forefront of her career.
Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, her love for animals began at a young age, inspired by her family’s brindle pit bull, who became her closest companion and lived to the impressive age of 16. Since kindergarten, Kimmy has aspired to work in veterinary care, a dream solidified when she saved a baby bird on the Fourth of July.
Currently studying to become a Certified Veterinary Assistant (CVA), Kimmy is working toward her goal of becoming a vet tech. She is dedicated to learning both hands-on in the clinic and through research to provide the best care possible for animals. At home, she cares for her Dalmatian-Lab mix, Apollo, and her tuxedo cat, Dobby.
Outside of her love for animals, Kimmy enjoys crafting and creating art, particularly painting and wirework, through which she makes jewelry and other pieces in her free time.
